the game speed has been slowed this is done so the Napoleonic Wars dont flash by i have made changes to compensate for the slower speed like army movement speed and build times

Nice project,nice idea. I agree Imperator Rome's mechanics and base is optimal for Napolenic Era. Really, it'd be good modern alternative for March of Eagles. I added your mod to favourites. I will follow your mod. Hopefully it will go places.
