Low Replenishment Hotfix

Description
CA sofia broke the low setting for player and AI replenishment in the Campaign settings, was it at patch 1.2. It hasn't been fixed since, even though I myself reported it on twp issues sub forum.
The fix turned out to be fairly simple, just adjusting the broken value in a lua script from -50 (hard value not percentage) to -5.

In my games, yes, almost nothing will even move that replenishment on vanilla -50 value. The effect of this mod is, low = -5. (quoted wrong replenishment mod earlier by accident). And yes, I know of no way of seeing this value in practice in-game. :)

also one last thing just to confirm, theres no way of seeing a number "replenishment value" in vanilla right?

also whats the effect of this beacause I kinda like the idea of replenishment being broadly useless unless I invest in a province being a replenishment province

wait just to check, the low replenishment value thing is actually beyond broken and close to nothing you can do will cause replenishment to occur because -50 is such a huge debuff, right? but does this apply to the AI setting as well? because I see them replenishing.

Alllright thanks for telling me! Had no idea about rpfm. Gonna check that out and have a look around.

It's not a table, I too first made that mistake, it's a lua script, called phar_modular_difficulty_config.lua. I recommend using rpfm rather than AssKit to edit it.

Mighty Gods! Just yesterday, I downloaded the assembly kit to try and resolve that issue. However, I got a bit frustrated cause I couldn't locate the right table. Could you possibly give me a hint? :D
Anyway amazing work!

It may not be exact -50% since hard value and you can stack modifiers, but it should be ballpark :)
