Storage Ring Rebalance

This mod rebalances Swefpifh's Modular Storage Rings mod and therefore requires that mod to work.

• Increased cost: 10000 -> 30000 (0 -> 110 coils, 0 -> 30 hypercoils).
  
• Increased storage capacity: 20 -> 100 (1 -> 5 stacks per tile).
  
• Increased maximum health: 22000 -> 26000.
  
• Increased density: 0,577 -> 110/52.
  
• Increased speed factor: 0,5 -> 1.
  
• Increased congested speed factor: 0,3 -> 0,75.
  
• Added a tall structure collider.
  
• Added an airlock.

• Increased cost: 22500 -> 120000 (900 -> 1500 steel, 0 -> 185 hypercoils , 0 -> 135 tri-steel).
  
• Increased storage capacity: 80 -> 400 (1 -> 5 stacks per tile).
  
• Increased maximum health: 48000 -> 100000.
  
• Increased density: 0,5 -> 425/200.
  
• Increased speed factor: 0,5 -> 1.
  
• Increased congested speed factor: 0,3 -> 0,75.

The game doesn't allow me to increase the number of stacks per tile. Therefore, I put 5 different storages in the same tile. The graphics only show the stack on top of it, and if you use the resource manager tools, you will always select the 5 stacks on the same tile, which not necessarily are 5 stacks of the same resource.
