This mod allows you to burn various wooden and similar goods, including furniture and leftovers, to produce ash.

Initially, I wanted this mod to be only about furniture - that are sometimes leftovers from room redesigning,
but while doing it I thought that it would be nice to have a way to get rid of other wooden goods.


This mod introduces the ability to burn various wooden items, including furniture and other goods, to produce ash.
This is particularly useful for managing surplus items and reclaiming storage space in your fortress. The new 50+ reactions includes:

• Burn Wooden Furniture
  
• Burn Wooden Armor and Weapons - finally can do something useful with equipment left after elven raids
  
• Burn Wooden Crafts and Tools - I plan to use it to produce ash from low-quality crafts (with proper setup of stockpile)
  
• Burn Plant-based materials, including seeds and growths - remove rotten leftovers
  
• Burn Miscellaneous goods like ropes, leather, cloth, and more

For things that would burn well - nothing else is needed they will create 1 bar of ash.
If an item could is done from less than 1 log - it may require more than 1 item to be burned (like crafts or ammo).
If items are materials that could not burn well, the fuel will be required but the output will be 2 bars of ash.
In a few cases, the output between 1 or 2 bars of ash is random - to indicate not so good burning material.

I have not included corpses or remains in this mod, as I feel that topic is addressed already by other mods.
I included items that cannot be normally made from wood (like slabs or statues) to make it more compatible with other mods.
Similar with just burn fuel - in the vanilla game it is a pointless reaction but may be useful with other mods.

This mod is compatible with most other mods. It only adds reactions to game without removing or replacing anything.
