DISCLAIMER: YOU HAVE TO INSTALL Excalibur 1-6 FIRST TO MAKE THIS WORK.

"Detained? What for? What makes me special from all the colleagues you have killed?!"

Well, Just like my other addon (xinus22's Travis Remake (Replaces Radio Guy)), I made this to make a HL2 Citizen have a unique head model, and this time, "Roberto" from Excalibur 1-6 (which is the "Rebel" Metrocop at the end of the mod) is now a "HD" version of Cheaple[gamebanana.com], made by Sregor[gamebanana.com]. So now is a llitle more unique, I guess.

I also slightly edited the face texture to make it more faithful to the original.

Thanks dude, I also made a reskin for the face texture of roberto to make it a llitle better, do you want me to upload it?
