1212 No Pop Limit for Unit Recruitment (Updated)

Description
My game works again and thanks to Mingles I have been able to fix this. Because of a recent update of this game the way my mod was making there be no pop limit no longer works. So now the price of recruitment will be one singular man, besides for some artillery. For the artillery the cost will be between 10 and 4 guys.

This mod was made as a request and it is once again a recreation of a mod that no longer works by Stylianos_V.

This mod should be save game compatible and this mod does exactly what the title says. I tried it in my own game and was able to recruit 19 units of knights from a city that only had 223 noblemen in the recruit pool. Also, once I was done recruiting there was still 223 noblemen in the pool so I'm assuming it works.

I had to install and look at Stylianos_V's mod to make this one so all credit goes to them.

I have this mod and my other ones at the bottom of my mod list if you need to know the load order.

If you have any issues just let me know in the comments and worst comes to worse I'll just put in this mod description how it was made.

hey man, if you get time, france still gives me 160 per men unit requirements etc and 80 for cav. if you get a chance at any point it would be greatly appreciate, thanks for all your hard work.

@The Kingz To fix that all you need to do is remove your user.script. I would definitely suggest just moving the file to your desktop though

It now works again, but now recruitment costs one guy per unit.

It still works? I'm not having much luck, it goes at the very bottom of the list correct? And do the effects become immediately active or do I need to wait a turn before I can recruit units no matter there population requirement?
