You have to start a fresh new game before using any of those mods. Subscribing and loading a game that was started without the mods may cause unexpected behaviors. Also these mods may not compatible with other mods, before reporting a bug, make sure you test these mods alone.

Since the game just got released and we get our hand on the SDK, these mods may take some time to become stable or may be affected by upcoming updates and patches from Fireaxis, please report any bug in the comment section.
