Leper Blindness Vanilla+ Tweak

Description
Makes Leper's Turn 1 set ups more consistent by removing some randomness from his passive.

This mod changes Leper's passive Blindness gain at the start of combat, usually a weighted random amount between 0 and 2, to be a guaranteed chance of 1 Blind token, on top of making it Resistible by Leper's Debuff RES. In essence, all non-Tempest Paths will have higher chances of having a Blind token, but won't be screwed two turns in a row with a double Blind. On the other hand, Tempest is now pretty much a 50/50 to have Blindness, and can improve his odds even more by stacking Debuff RES sources.

+ Leper: Changed his passive from "On Combat Start: x1 Blind (25%), x1 Blind (50%)" to "On Combat Start: x1 Blind (100%)"
+ Leper: Changed his Blind on Combat Start to be resistible by his Debuff RES.

Reminder that you can download my entire series of tweaks by Subscribing to the Collection this mod is a part of, and that now I am also uploading all my mods onto Google Drive so Epic Store Games and Good Old Games players can get my mods in a less painful manner:

This mod was mostly made to allow for more consistent planning and skill rotations for Leper, and I'm interested in making other very slight adjustments to things I perceive as over or undertuned without massive changes. If you have any suggestions, tips, or constructive criticism, I am always glad to read them!

There are very few other cases of unresistable self-inflicted debuffs / DOTs on Heroes that you wouldn't want (I'm excluding Taunt and Immobilize since more often than not they are beneficial).

Usually these are something you can prevent, build around or as a downside for a powerful effect, like GR's Pirouette when not in Stealth, Jester's Finale drawback, Occultist's Ritualist Vulnerable or Unchecked Power Burn chance.

Currently, I have no plans of tweaking those, but if there is enough interest I could do a more thorough comb and make them all Resistable.

any plans on making all character debuffs resistable? imo unresistable debuffs shouldn't be a thing

*Usually* self-inflicted Debuffs ignore Debuff RES (Stuff like Taunt or Immobilize). Leper's skills are the exception, which do check the Resistance... besides his passive, of course.

I never even realized that that blind can't be resisted. Irritates me to no end that the game doesn't tell us when things can't be resisted
