I opened my Sid Meier's Alpha Centauri\voices folder and clicked through the sound files, man such good stuff is in there.

Albie_123 has a great idea about affinity levels, that and perhaps some other trigger locations where it will kick in some of other quotes - may help in getting more quotes into the game.

Another thought, as the expansions come out that will hopefully provide more hooks for the quotes to go into.

The audio swap is easily done automatically by the linked program.
Check the README file for more details.

The terrible voice work and the awful, awful writing were my primary complaints. Thanks for the mod.

This is pretty sweet, especially since this game has made me enjoy SMACX more and more. However the audio swap you mentioned would be days and days of work. Is there any way you can let us know what tech number you are changing?? The folder for SMACX sounds only has a number associated with the tech audio and not the name of the tech as the BC folder does.
