[TFA][AT] Q Honey-Badger Reloaded

With the release of the Sandstorm Reloaded Base.
i decided to remake my first ever tfa weapon, with the use of katkas source files (In github) i remade the gun with new anims, attachments and the mag system introduced in the sandstorm reloaded base. Originally i wasnt gonna include the mag system but i decided to put in the extra effort lol

• Simple mag system (R and double R key by default)
  
• Insurgency Sandstorm Scopes

• Foregrip
  
• Inspect Anim (added)
  
• PEQ Laser (once foregrips are added)
  
• Bash Anim (added, Thx horjenger for motivation lol)

-Im already stressed enough with high school
so please dont expect me to carry out any requests

• Errors pop up when i give the weapon to an npc

-Unfortunately its a problem with the sandstorm base
and i cant really fix it so we'll just have to wait for it to get
fixed
