Vincent's 2024 Blood Overhaul

Description
With the year 2024, the Garry's Mod community deserves a blood overhaul they deserve.
This is why I published these improved textures as they're way better than the default blood textures.
Anyways, I hope you enjoy this wonderful overhaul and have a good day!

im not sure but i dont think Phaeton created the textures for extreme gore and blood mod, i might be wrong tho but for my addon specifically, the og decals were made by Phaeton
