自分の環境だと7.5βで勢力情報のUIが開けず、プレイしていないためです。

Because I can't open faction information UI in my gaming environment, so I am not playing at 7.5β.
The two mods make separate changes to at least the same part of the vanilla code. There is a section in the vanilla code that determines the minimum value for combat strength, and this mod removes that minimum value. It seems that the Faction Enhancer - War Module also makes different changes.
Maybe this mod should not conflict with those mods, but I will look into it.
