Elite Dwarfen Regiments (v4.3) Balance and Animation Fix

Description
Adds New tier 5 units to dwarf roster, only can be recruited in Karaz-a-Karak, Black Crag and K8Ps when they become tier 5 settlements, might add unique unit cards for them in the future along with proper unit descriptions

Semi-lore friendly, these units are ment to represent units mentioned or hinted at in older warhammer novels or concepts, as well as potentially some of my own lore friendly ideas

Shieldbreakers

The final evolution of Ironbreakers, founded during the Goblin Wars, the placement among Shieldbreakers is reserved for only the most skilled and renowned of Longbeards and Ironbreakers, with regiments of 120 Dawi strong, equipped with Master Crafted Runic Gromril Armor and Axes personally forged by Thorek Ironbrow and Kragg the Grim, providing protection on par with that renown Thanes and Lords. They are formidable combatants in melee with only the largest of foes able to make them break formation... assuming they are able to get close enough, as recently they have incorporated old dwarf muzzle loading dualshot blunderbuses (predating grudgerakers) named Grudge-shedders within their ranks in place of the standard cinder blast bombs. Armor inscribed with the runes of adamant and bulwark, not even charging cavalry and trolls can break their lines, with only the largest of creatures able to grind through their lines.
However due to the size of these regiments and very few Ironbreakers living long enough to achieve the honor of joining the ranks of an Iron Guard Regiment only the largest of Dawi Holds are able to maintain such regiments and havent deployed them enforce since the fall of Karak Drazh and Karak Eight Peaks, not to mention the cost. It is said that during the War of Vengeance warriors such as these where as common on the battlefield as your standard dwarf warrior is today.

Iron Wardens

A unit of 80 Iron Warden equipped with runic breech-loading Grudgerakers that shoots a single large high damage projectile from each of its 3 barrels, while expert marksmen these units are no slouches in melee either utilizing large hammers to crush and bludgeon enemies to death. Made up of both Veteran Irondrakes, and New recruits (often taken from Veteran Thunderer Units or young aspiring Engineers), Units equipped with this new firearm have yet to become common place and are viewed with great suspicion and scrutiny.

Norse Dwarf Berserker

Hailing from the far norther holds, these mighty warriors are often compared to Slayers for their ferocious combat prowess and doubting bravery. Though this tends to be where the comparisons end, wearing a light(for a dwarf) shirt of chainmail and clothed in animal furs these warriors excel at fighting off hordes of both armored and unarmored foes have having gain much experience from fighting the roaming tribes of Norsca.

Dwarf Slayer Pirates(Swords)
.... do i really need to explain this one? they are slayer pirates with 2 swords instead of a pistol and sword, nothing crazy about these lads, well nothing more crazy than other slayers

Steam Engine(removed temporarily)

1st conceived by Malakai Makaisson, the original non-rail based Steam Train was destroyed during an ill-fated journey in attempt to cross the Chaos Wastes, a journey that lead to both him and Gotrek to take the Slayers Oath. However years later some more adventurous Dwarf engineers took inspiration and built their own, now finding use as quick method of delivering vast amounts of supplies between holds and transporting heavy artillery, the Steam Engine is now being begrudgingly accepted by even the most traditional members of the Engineers Guilds due to how well it preforms, with its artillery variant able to survive and even defeat entire greenskin armies with its devastating Earthshaker Mortars.

art not mine, just thought it looked dope asf
Feel free to leave unit ideas for T5 rangers/quarrlers, miners/greatweapons, slayers and non tank/flying warmachines

as of now, not in the near future as I lack the necessary photoshop abilities to make them. Though it is something I do wish add at some point after the Steam Engine rework is finished

im also trying to fix some animation issues with the Reclaimers not raising their shields for the shieldwall, as of now i have the Steam Engine model in a separate file due to the scale of the model and to make organization easier

The steam engine is planned to be brought back, however it is taking much longer than i thought it would due to issue with the skeleton and animations of the updated model
