Empire Rebuilt - CATO compatibility Patch

Description
This is a compatibility patch between City Architecture Total Overhaul and Empire Rebuilt It has to override both mods to work correctly, like this:

-CATO.mod
-Reborn Cities.mod
-Empire Rebuilt - Cato Patch.mod

Sup, CATO v4 launched today and likely breaks this patch. If anyone wants to use this be sure to download final V3 release from the nexus

Yeah 100% but right now im focused on other stuff and havent modded much for a while, but i will get to it at some point, i want it to be an even more expansive, but not bloated version of all my UC mods, not just an all in one, so it will take some time

Oh yeah it will absolutely cover CATO, the idea is to make the all in one compatible with as many mods as possible

Hi, sorry for the extreme radio silence this last month, between moving places and having a new job taking most of my day i have barely been able to even boot up steam, but im happy to anounce that im back to kenshi and working (slowly) on updating any outdated stuff, as well as releasing an All In One version of all my UC mods with added stuff and compatibilities and other new big ideas
