GAT-A's Starter Kit+

Description
Adds realistic and grounded Stater Kits for every vanilla trait and profession.

I tried to keep it balanced but the kits are definitely fairly generous, so I'd reccomend adding more challange in other aspects of the games settings if balance is a priority to you.

Examples of Starter Kits:

-A Police Officer spawns with a nightstick, a tactical radio, and a random police gun (Shotgun, revolver, m9 etc.)

-A Burglar will spawn with a duffel bag, a crowbar, a mask and some loot!

-A Veteran will spawn with a battle rifle, some ammo, and military bag.

-A Metal Worker will spawn with a blowtorch, a welding mask, and some welding rods.

-A Farmer will spawn with a good amount of seeds, a double barrel shotgun, and a farming tool.

-The Hiker Trait will spawn you with a Hiker's Bag and a map of the town you spawned.

The intent is to allow the player to have the items necessary to immediately fill the role of the occupation they chose, as well as having the items their characters would realistically have being in that occupation. Currently designed for an outbreak setting, some of the starter kits might feel immersion breaking if doing a 6 Months Later/10 Years Later Setting. (I.e. the Burglar starting off with loot months into a world feels a little weird)

Includes!:

-More Occupation based clothing available at character creation.

-A Realistic Starter kit for every occupation.

-Bonus starting items based on selected traits, both positive and negative.

-Randomized Tables for many starter items, giving a variety to each characters starter kit.

-Compatibility with Sprout's Farm and Garden (Seeds show up in Farming Table)


Future Plans:

-Balance tweaks and changes.

-Potentially adding a "Cooldown" feature where players can only receive one Starter Kit per length of time (I.e. only able to spawn with one starter kit per real life hour to avoid cluttering servers and player exploiting by intentionally spawning and dying in order to get loot)

-Starter kits changing based on the age of the world so that 6 months later/late game starter kits are more immersive.

-A 10 Years Later version of this mod, but that will likely be a different mod altogether.

Tested for both Single and MP!

Probably imcompatible with any mod that adds starter kits.

I based this mod off Mr.Mister's "Spawn with items and clothing based on occupation" mod. Credit goes to him for the original mod.

I heavily reworked and balanced it, while adding a number of quality of life changes such as:

-Backpacks starting equipped and certain items spawning in the pack already.

-Starter guns spawning loaded and racked.

-Removed the useless junk items added in.

Love this mod, hope to get a patch or update for More traits, but if not. Still a fantastic mod

@skweemish I run an RP server so most of my energy for this game goes to that so I havent even touched b42 yet.

Police Occupation has a chance to spawn with shotguns.

Can you make it so that we can spawn with shotguns? I mean, spawning with an M16 is cool, but I like the shotguns more

Would it be possible to add SOTO profession and traits? Would be pretty cool
