Did you recently install a mod that changes up the ship light?
Caused by: (AssetException) Image /objects/generic/shiplight/shiplight.frames column 3 is out of bounds for x-dimension 2
Next update fixes the error.
What is happening is that the main ED mod, and FU's version by proxy, erroneously refers to the NPCs lines as 'avian' rather than 'apex,' which are the keys that an NPC uses to generate dialogue. The patch used the latter, therefore, the link fails due to the keys not matching. It's honestly incredibly weird, but nothing else I can do but go along with it.
As for impact, it's not game-crashing. The worst it does is make that specific NPC not spawn at all.
This mod does not modify the dungeon icons in the SAIL Console, but it does modify objects and descriptions.
A separate mod has said icons.
