Below is a standalone version without the Sinners voices on quest start and completion, if you need it:
Limbus OST Overhaul (No Sinners Voices Ver.)

First of all, sorry for the bloated size and my not-so-good English, and sorry too if the loops aren't perfect.
Crimson Court, Farmstead, and Sunward Isles are included, but you don't need them to activate this mod. All of the base game dungeons are obviously included.
This mod is also compatible and best used with Courtyard Plus

I made the torch level to have 3 different songs depending on the light level.
Also, since I put multiple songs into each rooms/hallways, I had to set an RNG pool for them, including the hamlet. I'll list all the RNG chances below.

Something to note: it is not possible to add tracks for specific boss except for the final boss in DD.

Known bug:
    If an enemy teleports you while in battle (or if you use a class mod that has the ability to teleport your team during battle), the battle track will not end. This is the game's bug, so nothing I can do about it. Solution: simply return to main menu and re-enter, or relog the game.
Technical stuffs:
  • Load order should be above Sunward Isles and Courtyard Plus if you use said mods. If you don't, then load order shouldn't matter.
  • With the new Darkest Dungeon update, make sure to use the 64-bit version if you're using lots of mods to avoid problems.
  • Feel free to tell me in the comments here if some tracks are either too loud, too quiet, or not playing at all.

@nep I'm still new to using FMOD. The only audio modding I have experience with is swapping vanilla skill sounds, but that's just a simple GUID reference

I would like to create & share a mod framework that enables adding unique music to each boss fight. I know that some custom dungeons like Pet Cemetery add triggered audio to (what I'm assuming are) new custom Event IDs within their dungeon. So I guess my question is, do you know if it would be possible to create new Event IDs for vanilla dungeon bosses, that could then be referenced by FMOD?

Sorry for the unrelated comments here - there aren't many guides for audio editing and you seem very knowledgeable. I intend to post the framework if I do manage to figure it out, so that you and other music modders may add new music for boss fights

@mcstud77 That'd be a whole different case then, because that's outside FMOD's (the game's audio engine) side of things, in which this mod was created from. FMOD only contains preset IDs and audio configs as a form of "communication" between it and the game. So, it'd be pointless to create new IDs in FMOD, because all of the parameters is in the game, not in FMOD. It's like you're trying to build and connect a bridge between two cliffs, but only the other side knows how to build one.

@Nep ah okay, that's disappointing. I'm assuming we can't create a new Event Audio ID and assign it to the boss encounter?

@mcstud77 To answer your question, no, it is not possible to add BGM for bosses except the final boss in Darkest Dungeon. Why is it impossible? Simple, because the bosses doesn't have their own Event Audio ID, unlike the final boss. And no, the siren to my knowledge doesn't have her own event audio id either, because in her fight the game still uses the ID for Cove Room.

I know the siren has unique music for her fight, so wondering if it's doable for the others too

I'm planning to put Canto 8 OST into Farmstead plus. Last time i checked, Farmstead+ uses different audio event id for the BGM than the regular one, unlike Courtyard Plus. Gotta do some trial and error, and no promises on when.

Okay, thanks, also I wonder if Farmstead plus works with this, since the courtyard version does?
Though it may not due to the unusual format of how the normal farmstead fight works.

@Jsm_PL Since Courtyard Plus uses the same audio id as the regular courtyard, load order shouldn't matter. Though, just to be safe, you can put this above courtyard plus just like Sunward.
