The Search for Power [FOTR]

Description
A simple modification to the great FoTR submod from Bluecow74 and co. Changes include stronger ships, faster firing weapons, upgraded weapons, higher planet base value on the outskirts, and more!

You don't need to use Bluecow's mod with mine, it's just there for credit and appreciation :D

Originally started as me being salty about balance in Bluecow's mod, eventually turning into the files and changing the values, despite my lack of initial knowledge on how they work.

Changes

> Pretty much buffed the CIS and Republic space roster <

> Ground units are stronger in durability and weaponry <

> Added unique ground units for the Hutts and re-enabled some for the Republic and CIS will be fixed <

> Increased planet values on the outer rim <

> Protodeka, A6 Juggernaut, Super Tank and Destroyer Droid II no longer buildable. Reverted to Campaign or Rewards only. < - Will look into making them buildable at later eras once I know how

> Moved up Mandator, Subjugator and Lucrehulk Battleship to Era 3 < - Reverted for now, will look into implementing this in the future

Known issues

- My attempt at locking units behind an Era and unlocking it at the next seems to have made them unavailable for the entire game. Apologies for any saves, will retract this motion until I can figure out how to make that work.

- Sith acolytes and HMP not available

- Probably some incorrect text tooltips.

Theoretically, submods that worked with Bluecow's should work with mine. It's mostly changes to numbers but no promises.

Running the mod

Right click Empire at War, go to properties and copy and paste the lines below into the launch options. Done!

Future plans

Thinking on taking a look on the ground units, buff the Republic a bit and learn more about editing files. Possibly delving to Thrawn's revenge.

Hey Chris, I actually haven't been modding for awhile and left this mod on hiatus. There's no plan on making specific compatibility on other mods so if you're planning to pairing this with other mods, make sure to do it on a separate save so you don't lose anything.

About interdictors for each faction, I believe they already have them. One of the Peltas for the Republic and the Supply ship for the CIS each have interdictor mines they can deploy. Hope that helps.

Could this mod work Heroes Respawn and Unlimited Heroes sub mod? Also do you plan on adding a Republic and CIS interdictor ships?

i Would just make two feedback one weird thing is the recuscent dreadnought having heavy fregate armor will the munificient dreadnought has capital level armor and the second thing would be maybe making trench first ship more special and stronger even if it means pop cost increase
