Instant Quest Items - Old World Campaign Submod

I won't bother much with the compatibility so use at your own risk, any fixes in the main Instant Quest Items mod will be added here but I won't try to do full compatibility with his campaign (like fixing different victory conditions if there are some).
Maybe if there are some crashing bugs I'll look it up (I'm guessing items not appearing, or doubles appearing, should be the same as the main IQI mod).

PS: Make sure to check that the load order is above the Old World Campaign mod -> example: submod at load order 1, Old World Campaign mod at load order 2 or 3 or.. Normally the launcher should put it in the right place.
