Rapid Infamy Decay

Description
This mod reduces the infamy gained from wargoals and significantly increases the infamy decay rate, allowing for more aggressive expansion without long-term diplomatic penalties.

Mod Features:
  1. Halves Infamy Generation: Reduces infamy generated from wargoals by 50% for all countries.
  2. Increased Infamy Decay: Raises annual infamy decay rate from 5 to 10 per year.
  3. Infamy Thresholds> Reputable: 0-30 infamy level.
  4. Higher Infamy Decay Rate: Slightly increases infamy decay rate at higher infamy levels.
