My New York neighborhoods needed a good elder care service.
So I searched the city for a nice brick building what also has a healthcare function.
This building is located at 1339 York Avenue at Manhattan New York and houses:
- The Mary-Manning Nursing Home & Rehabilitation Center with 360 certified beds and;
- The Dawn Greene Hospice at Mary Manning Walsh Home (on the 15th Floor) with a 18 bed unit, and;
- A short term Rehabilitation Center (on the 14th Floor)
- Sister Helen Rosarie – Funeral Services

The facility also houses a Coffee shop and The Emerald cocktail lounge and has a Outdoor terrace on the 7th Floor.
Also inside this building are a Beauty salon & barber shop, On-site personal laundry service, Local dry cleaning, The Interfaith Chapel and a Gift shop
For its residents it provices Yoga & exercise programs, Art, music & dance, Book clubs & discussion groups, Holiday pageant & talent show.

This building functions as Elder Care building.
I tried to make this building as realistic as possible, but didn't want to go over the 15K triangles.
The asset comes with one main entrance, two side entrances and 2 goods/warehouse entrances.

Advice: Use the two lane roads without parking space or the four or six lane roads to let the entrance canopies stand on the sidewalk. (With the two lane roads it will end at the parking lane). The left side fits any road.
The backside of the building also fits for any side-by-side/modular building.
