No More Wandering - UPDATED

Description

[ko-fi.com]

* Important Note :

This mod will not stop characters from leaving if it was bc of game event such as :

If you give a character land or title he will leave your court .

If you change religion or an event bc of religion your bishop or cleric will leave .

If someone from your family marry and need to leave he\she will leave .

* But if you want to get some of them back you can invite them back to your court and activate the mod again for them .

Decision {Stay Home Decision} allow you to enable/disable a notice window.

Stay home notice window will allow you to see who might leave your court and let you know, that way you can active the No More Wandering Mod on them and make sure they wont leave.

This mod was made by @エーイオン - https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/profiles/76561198331765604

His original mod can be found here https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2866071065 but that one is no longer working as of 1.13 update.

Credits to him for making this beautifull mod to begin with.

I have updated the mod to work again and will keep it updated like I do with so many mods.

This does not stop courtiers, counsellors, wives etc going to grand rites:(

They are all ignoring the 'don't leave'

automation would be great, clicking every court member:O

Or a blanket rule that keeps everyone at court?

Hope these options are poss:)

I do have a mod called 'active courtiers' which has an event that gives the player the choice to recruit people. It is available to AI rulers too, but the opposing ruler has to approve their courtier leaving. I did not get a prompt to approve her to leave, but the mod may have an issue.

might also be a different mod causing problems

This only seems to work sometimes. Notably it did not prevent my heir's spouse from randomly leaving. I even reloaded and gave her the High Almoner court position. Still didn't work and the and the position was vacated. I did get a notification at least. The mod works fine on other characters though. Seems like there is some special case for the heir's spouse or maybe spouses in general.

I have the save file if that will help you troubleshoot.

ps - If anyone is still having trouble. You can force the spouse to come back with debug mode. I did that and she hasn't left again the last few years.
