Guard 357 Reload Fix (Staff Revamp compatible)

Description
I was requested to make a more lightweight version of this mod so I did my best to oblige.
This version of the mod is made to function alongside Staff Revamp.

Functions the same way: gives Jackson a proper revolver-style reload animation and changes his holster model to reflect his weapon choice.
