Hello again, indeed I did. It was a bit too strong compare to other trophies. I mentioned it in the Changelog and Description. Also very minor nerf to Rancid Feast was applied.
In test build I also have other minor changes but I would like to apply one thing before pushing here to public. Which may take a bit.
I am glad you resolved the issue, enjoy the mod
(also, did you slightly change the effect for the The Harvest's Bounty, which is now 1 hp per 2 food instead of 1?)
Hi, Checked it out and all seemed fine. Anyway you pushed me for a bit of a tweak and clean up. Let me know if it is fine on your end after the update.
"Balance over fun" seems to be an issue in lot of aspects of DD2, in my opinion. Original game is fun, however I really wanted to finish the game completely. It just seemed I was sticking to same heroes with same skill and ideally same trinkets. Turning more into a chore. Main reason why I made these Impactful reworks is to spice my game after 200 hours of gameplay. And that I believe I achieved. I tried many builds and overall had a blast playing the game.
That said I understand people that say my mods are too strong. It is not for everyone. That is why it is a mod. For those that do feel the same way.
I hope I read it correctly that you.. enjoy the mod? In any case - Thank you!
Made you try a lot harder. Care a lot more. It's just funner to me to have that option. Now it's just kinda... go for boss last thing. Collector fight showing up is gonna be a bane. Especially in some harder infernal flames. Don't take risks. Bleh. That kinda thing. I love this game. I play the crap out of it. Buuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuut that aspect is a bit *eh* to me. Feels like it chooses balance over fun a bit *too* much y'know? Was a lot more where I went into how much I loved not knowing what I'd get in an academic study but it surpassed the text limit. ^^"
Thanks! Good point honestly. It was sort of a way for only strong groups to become even stronger. Now you have more of a incentive to risk it to make your party viable.
At first, I thought that you were talking about some bug. But I assume you have made a save that does not support modding. In that case, the short answer is: You can't.
Longer answer: You can by making it a replacer, risking breakage. Also, you need to know how to do it properly. This means it is not impossible but it is much safer to just start another modded save.
