It's a game launcher for Clannad visual novel.
Comes with a link to opening trailer of Clannad PS3.

You'll need to relocate the shortcut to allow Anarchy Arcade to boot the game.

It's a game launcher for Clannad game W/ trailer when you interact with TV screen.
Of course, you've to relocate the shortcut to allow Anarchy Arcade to boot the game.
