is it going to be translated? if not wont it just be locked to the Japanese store and you'd need a vpn around it

It's a game launcher for Clannad game W/ trailer when you interact with TV screen.
Of course, you've to relocate the shortcut to allow Anarchy Arcade to boot the game.
