Description
This mod is designed for players seeking an authentic warfare experience. Unit interactions have been completely overhauled to ensure that battles in-game reflect real-world combat.

Note: You can play the CTW with this mod, to do so all the players have to extract this:

into your local mods folder under Rise of Nations. This way will override default game content with War Machine settings, you can restore the game by deleting local files in the mods folder.

The changes are as follows:

·Armors of post-industrial age vehicles have been significantly buffed.
·Tanks receive 300% damage when flanked.
·The infantry crew number is reduced to 1.
·Infantry costs have been reduced significantly.
·Aircraft's turn radius has been adjusted to match reality; maneuverability is an important performance metric for aircraft in this mod.
·Missile range has been significantly buffed.
·Sniper ability has been removed and replaced with normal attack.
·Research times to Ages are increased; Industrial Age, Modern Age and Information Age now requires 5 level, 6 level and 7 level of Commerce and Science to enable research.
·Dreadnoughts, Battleships, Missile Cruisers and Main Battle Tanks can attack while moving.


This mod also adds numerous special modern combat vehicles and some buildings to the game. Details are listed below:

·The M4 Medium Tank and Challenger Main Battle Tank are the default tanks for the Modern Age and Information Age.

·The P-40 Fighter and F-16 Jet Fighter are the default fighters for the Modern Age and Information Age.

·The Harrier Jet is the default carrier-based fighter for the Information Age.

·Large Anchorage/Shipyards have been added to all nations after the Enlightenment Age for heavy ship (ironclad, battleships, aircraft carriers) production.

·Ironclads have been added to all nations in the Enlightenment Age.

·Early Destroyers and Armored Cruisers have been added to all nations in the Industrial Age.

·Destroyers and Diesel-electric Submarines have been added to all nations in the Modern Age.

·The Dreadnought in the original game is renamed to Pre-Dreadnought.

·Missile Cruisers and Missile Destroyers have been added in the Information Age.

·Early Bombers have been added to all nations in the Industrial Age.

·Attack Fighters and Jet Fighter Bombers have been added in the Modern Age and Information Age.

·Heavy Artillery and Long-range Artillery have been added to all nations in the Industrial Age and Modern Age.
·Mortars have been added to all nations in the Industrial Age.

·M109 Howitzer have been added in the Information Age.

·Heavy Artillery Bunkers and Long-range Artillery Bunkers for coastal defense have been added in the Industrial Age and Modern Age. Research engineering technology in Lumber Mill to unlock them. (it is suggested to ban these bunkers for land maps by using Scripts https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=3348345361).

·Defence Bunker Left and Defence Bunker Right have been added as anti-tank bunker in Modern Age. Research engineering technology in Lumber Mill to unlock them.

·Added special shared units:
- Mark4 Tank shared by the Russians, the British, the Nubians, and the Bantu.
- PzKpfw IV Medium Tank shared by the Germans, the Romans, and the Spanish.
- T-34/85 Medium Tank shared by the Russians, the Chinese, and the Mongols.
- IS-2 Heavy Tank shared by the Russians and the Chinese.
- T-55 Medium Tank shared by the Russians and the Chinese.
- Churchill Tank shared by the British, the French, the Egyptians, and the Greeks.
- Tiger Heavy Tank shared by the Germans and the Japanese.
- T-80 Tank shared by the Persians, the Indians, the Mongols, and the Koreans.
- M1A1 Tank shared by the Spanish, the Turks, the Egyptians, the Inca, the Maya, and the Aztecs.
- BMP Armored Cavalry shared by the Mongols, the Koreans, the Russians, and the Chinese.
- Hummel Howitzer shared by the Germans, the Romans, and the Spanish.
- Katyusha Rocket shared by the Russians and the Chinese.
- Long-Range Rocket Artillery shared by the Russians and the Chinese.
- Pantsir Anti-Aircraft Missile shared by the Russians and the Chinese.
- Spitfire Fighter shared by the British and the French.
- Bf-109 Fighter shared by the Germans, the Romans, and the Spanish.
- Mig-15 Jet Fighter shared by the Russians and the Chinese.

Bugs:
· Because the Big Huge map is extended to 140*140 in size, sea maps are not compatible with it. Big Huge sea maps will crash the game.
· Buildings attack will add hit points to units if the attack is lower than the armor, this mostly happens when bunkers attack modern ships and main battle tanks, I have no idea how to fix this, so you need to be careful not to let your buildings shoot on these heavy armor units in late game.

Suggestion: can You add some Unique Indian Weapons?
- The Indians: Tejas fighter, Arihant Nuclear submarine, Arjun Man battle Tank, Shivalik Frigate, Kolkata Destroyer, Akash SAM, Prachand attack helicopter, Pinaka Rocket Artillery, ATAGS towed artillery :D

I love this mod, but my only problems are the following:

* Artillery units have to be nerfed: they are way too overpowered. Their range and damage should be reduced.
* Same with ships: also way too overpowered.
* In certain maps the Computer doesnt produce any ships? This leaves me as the only player who creates ships and easily destroy my opponents.
* Maybe a maximum cap on ships might be a good idea?
* Infantry should be 3 soldier per unit.
* Increase commerce cap limit to 1500-2000
* Sea maps should be enabled in big huge maps

Thanks for this mod. But these tips above would definetly make it better.

I would love if the maps could be much more massive, especially with the bombardment range of the new ships. Unfortunate big huge doesn't work

Will you add drones? They are a huge part of modern warfare these days. In fact I feel like the game should have a new age by now, the Digital Age. The super technologies at the Library would be moved to this age instead. You could build satellites which would increase your commerce cap or let you spy other nations. And these satellites can't be destroyed, just like in the real world there's no reports of a country destroying another, yet. I also suggest increasing the commerce cap limit to 1500.

@July_Riot Did you have other mods that have conflict with this mod? if it's graphic problem it's mostly likely being the art folder not loaded

I can't load my saved games with this mod, it says "Error loading section, probably in GraphicEvents"
