The head is 2 pixels thinner than the vanilla one, so stuff that covers the back of the head like full helmets, hoods, certain helmets with like, headphones and other stuff, should look fine, not great but good enough.
For the rest, like the berets and multicam baseball caps, I would recommend using the vanilla mannequin, because on this mannequin they look a bit oversized.
It doesn't crash but it also doesn't change the mannequins head from this mod to vanilla proportions.
