The head is 2 pixels thinner than the vanilla one, so stuff that covers the back of the head like full helmets, hoods, certain helmets with like, headphones and other stuff, should look fine, not great but good enough.

For the rest, like the berets and multicam baseball caps, I would recommend using the vanilla mannequin, because on this mannequin they look a bit oversized.

@expectedcanine since the cutebound of GiC change NPC's head to vanilla one . perhaps it will look weird with this mod ?

It doesn't crash but it also doesn't change the mannequins head from this mod to vanilla proportions.
