Siberian Mayhem: Headshot Mechanics - No Minigun Crits

Description
The title says it all. Headshot Mechanics as per the original mod but this modifies it so that the Minigun will no longer trigger weakpoints.

Please ensure that you are subscribed to or only have one of the Headshot Mechanic modifications enabled at a time.
