Description




Features:
  • Includes over 600 cassette singles and 50 vinyl records. No track repeats! All music items feature tooltips with (approximate) release years. No releases post-July 9th, 1993.

  • Authentic music fidelity! Tracks have been edited to capture the old-school audio experience of type II cassettes and warm records.



  • You'll find Cassette Carrying Cases and Sealed Records across Kentucky. Distribution locations are similar to CDs'. Choose your own spawn rates and RNG values! No junk you'll need to throw away either.

  • All tracks are subjectively tasteful and lyrically clean-- no explicit language included.

  • Adds 160+ new interaction and UI sounds for radios, boomboxes, record players, portable music players, and VCRs. All sounds have been edited individually to sound vanilla. Multiplayer is supported-- other players will be able to hear your sounds.

  • Don't want the new SFX? Toggle them via Sandbox Options!

  • All sound files have consistent LUFS-based loudness normalization levels. You shouldn't need to constantly change your volume.

  • Provides various grammatical corrections and vanilla-inspired modifications for the original True Music mod. Includes name changes for the following items:

  • Flip your records! Every album follows true track lists according to original releases for each side.

  • Display your albums standing up or lying flat! Accurate front and back covers are available for each LP. No crafting menu bloat from added recipes. All images have been edited for cleanliness and color balancing.

  • Please let me know if there are any issues you're experiencing. This mod should be compatible with other True Music add-ons unless they're doing more than just adding music.

Incompatible with this one : can't put cassettes in a Cassette Case and vinyls in a Vinyl Shelf. Care to fix?

Hello, reiterating on my previous question. Is there an option to make cassettes/vinyls not spawn in sealed containers, or any plans to add such an option? You've mentioned you're potentially working on mod options and this would be something I would love to see implemented there if possible.
