Description
Added an advanced entity inspired by Pax Britannica(a mod of Hearts of Iron IV).

-Passive periodic area damage, a troublesome debuff effect with a probability, causing high damage to buildings.

-Defeat it to unlock the surgery to remove this debuff and a special trap.

I cannot suppress the wire bud, the pawns on wardening just keep standing and it also doesn't work if I try to tell a pawn to suppress the wire bud directly.

Hey, you should nerf the bioferrite production of this thing. Im getting thousands of bioferrite over a few quadrums just from having this guy alone.

Also, please add a way to kill or neutralize the wire bud!
