Vintage Quality

Adds recipes to rare findable weapons throughout Europa. They don't create the weapon - instead they can be used to upgrade them with sufficient skill. Cost is the same as deconstructing the item.

For example:

for Deadeye Carbine:
1x Deadeye Carbine
1x Steel Bar
1x Plastic

reulsts in:
1x Deadeye Carbine (but it could have now quality if you had skill crafting it)

Gives upgrade quality recipes for the following items (which overrides the items):
- Grenade Launcher
- Deadeye Carbine
- Boomstick
- European Handshake
- Machinepistol

For this to work:
Put above anything that overrides the items listed in the mod list.

DO NOT use this mod with Retalented.
Such feature is integrated into that mod already.
