The M1 Garand and Kar98K grenade launcher variants do not allow you to press E on the fired projectile to pick them up.
The BAR and MP44 do not play their animation (and move closer to your face) when switching firing modes.
The cone-of-fire when the MG42 and M1919 are deployed are 3x greater than in DODS.
The MG42 and M1919 do not exhaust the player's stamina (suit energy?) when fired from the hip.
