Description
Mod to balance Supper's Combat Overhaul, from SentientSupper.

It is an easier approach without grindy bullet-spongy enemies, less exponential tiers (to ensure better scaling) and more rewards in containers and mob loot.

To-do: reduce the number of decimals in the UI.

Update v3: fixed balancing issues in some tier equipment.
Update v4: fixed an issue with merchant product distribution.
Update v5: patch (try) against invincible passive flying mobs. This update should not break them.
Update v6: rebalance NPC health. No more bullet-spongy NPCs and guards.
Update v7: edit thumbnail to remove AI image.
Update v8: updated formula to scale better with higher tiers. Also increased armor tier scaling by ~15%.
Update v9: buff shields. They should tank more damage as a result, offering a safer approach in melee combat.

(Compatibility warning)
The mod alters several properties in weapons and damage (and much more), so it is not compatible with FU.
It is fine to install with mods that doesn't change damage scaling or NPC behavior, so you can add different weapons without any issues.
It also includes Supper's Monster Additions and Supper's Npc Improvements, so you shouldn't install them together.

Please, stop asking for compatibility with "X" mod. I did not test this mod outside my current modlist. ^^''

any plans on making a patch that makes humanoid enemies with melee weapons not fly a fkn football yard's distance towards you and practically magnetize to you? i know it's a thing in the original mod but figured it would be safer to ask here since it was updated more recently. if not it's fine tho just a minor gripe i have, been having fun with every other change

Be careful when using this mod combined with others that alter the same files.

As I said in the mod description, I did not test this mod outside my current modlist.

All the default monsters and some randomly generated ones die instantly :steamsad: when this mod is installed.

Unless those mods edit damage behavior or NPC combat type, you should be fine with them.

Oh I less meant FU and meant something more like Procedural Katanas , Randomly Generated Energy Blades , and Raiizy's Forge .

And on top of those, I also wonder if it conflict with mods and custom custom enemies/monsters like Elithian Races Mod and Arcana

(Also, reminder, I'm not the mod creator, but I already tested in a pack with 70+ mods and everything went fine)

How does this interact with mods that add weapons, weapon types, weapon gen, armor, etc.?
