This mod requires the manual installation of "scripts/decals_subrect.txt" into the Custom folder to work properly. I apologize for that but that's an issue with the Steam Workshop that has to be fixed by Valve. For some reason it just ignores that file.
Let me know if that fixes it for you. That square of bullets never shows up for me even If I only subscribe to the workshop mod, which is odd.
Massive bug where sometimes one of the bullet holes won't actually be a hole and instead just be a square png of bullet holes.

Sadly the file scripts/decals_subrect.txt does not work for some reason on the workshop so you have to manually install the mod for all the other decals to show up.
In ep2_outland_02, the end of the tunnels use the Tools/ToolsBlack texture. Apparently, my decals work properly UNTIL they also appear on that specific UnlitGeneric texture. Kind of a big problem because all the turrets shoot towards them during the antlion attack.
It's a weird engine limitation that I cannot fix properly. I will try to see if a ToolsBlack replacement which uses the LightmappedGeneric shader fixes it but it's a messy solution.
