Fixed foostep sounds

Description
Fixed some footstep sounds which contained a high frequency noise in their recording. These are for metal, wood and concrete footsteps.

Additionally rubber footstep sounds from Garry's Mod has been ported over to lessen the annoyance of rubber floors

the fucking odyssey of hearing this sound for 10 years thinking it was tinnitus or something, then finally searching it up to find ur thread about fixing this from like 2017 and following it here lmao. Thanks man it feels like you fixed my brain
