Reverts the change in the Tiger update that removes the ambition for the player and random AI.

So with the mod you can make or add it to a faction or open a faction whose leader that has it without it being replaced by a random ambition in faction creator. (it will stay as if you had it before the update but you must use this mod when you edit your faction otherwise the game will replace it)

Besides more options which is always good this mod also means players wont be at an unfair disadvantage with someone who made a build with it before tiger update or when playing with premade AI who have it by default.
