@Ruby that would need a new menu that would likely break every update but if you want to do that your best bet is a memory reader/editor like cheat engine or various paid ones it should be possible to target a hero and forcibly change their ambition however downside is it might not give you pantheon XP if it detects it

There should be a mod to let you choose specific ambitions for your in game heroes.
