note: due to reasons beyond my coding abilities certain sub mods had to be removed but will come back in some form in the far future

continued figuring out what caused the crash: done

Plans to add other sub-mod with approval: in progress but more slowly

plans on removing the AI-only option for cheat bills: still in progress

Creating a mechanic for Iberia by creating the Gibraltar bridge as an alternative to the now deleted dam (maybe reuse the old mechanic and replace all reference with Dam to Bridge): scrapped do not find the code and due to personal matters

re-invent super events for Russia, the UK, and Germany: scraped the UK plans but will still explore Russia and Germany
