Description
The 2nd iteration of Zero to Hero

On the original submod, my files were corrupted so I was unable to continue updating it... just my luck :P

You may be wondering- well what exactly does this mod do?

Well- it directly buffs both the CSA and the NR, as well as adding several units and heroes from FOTR to either the CSA and the NR. However do not be mislead to believe that playing as either the NR or the CSA will simply grant one an auto win everytime because every (playable) faction now have strong counters to the NR and the CSA. Whether it be the Praetor Super Carrier, a buffed imperial 2 class star destroyer, every imperial faction having the imperial 2 class star destroyer, or others.

On a side note, this mod also does a few other things such as - changes the research date for the mediator/mon calamari heavy carrier to the same date as the Viscount research date. It also makes it so that the Axial Superlaser is now an insta-kill to any and everything, just like how it would be in canon/legends.

Furthermore, in keeping this mod in line with my former mod, the NR's rebellion era space units have been nerfed, which means that in order for the NR to rise as the ultimate superpower it can easily become, it must survive long enough to be able to research the powerful new vessels.


Future things to do
1. Continue to alter Fighter Stats
2. Give more CIS units to the CSA
3. Potentially give more republic units to the NR
4.Fix bug issues as they arise
5. If necessary tone down any buffs or nerfs given to any ship
6. Reassign unit values to make ships have a more accurate unit value for their new stats
7. Give other (playable) factions more counters to the NR and CSA

@Schlaubie91 - I am aware of that bug, it was a small problem I had when I was transferring stuff over from my test version of this mod to the one uploaded into steam. Ill be blunt with ya- so I am in college ofc, but ATM I am staying home over winter break and the wifi here is less than... well less. I get on avg 2mbps - which is simply not enough to really do anything, I have a fully function test version of the mod which I can upload that fixes all of the known issues, and adds several new vessels. I --WILL- be uploading that once I get back to college and have access to *good wifi.

The mod is interesting :steamhappy:
but the ships of the New Republic realease fewer fighter than in description.
zb.: According to your description, the Repulic class is supposed to have 4 fighters and 2 bombers, but there are 1 Jfighter and 0.5 bombers

Also - this is a mod for fans - plz post any/all ideas in here. I am coming back at this with a renewed interest and am looking for ideas as always

I’m at work ATM and I am seeing the past couple of comments - so here are plans for future updates- so yes the nebula can absolutely battle an isd-2 and win, many NR vessels have been buffed (post research vessels) to the point the NR is the strongest faction. In regards to the other heroes mentioned - as of now yes they are restricted to era 1 but it’s an easy fix to make them available for other eras. I will be adding additional heroes as well, I’ve just not had much time the last few days b/c of work

Are General Kalani and Admiral Trench only available for CSA era 1? I don't see them anywhere else (unless I have to unlock them). It is awesome to see them part of the CSA!!!
