On the first topic, you could try changing the order that the mod loads, that could help with compatibility, you can change them on the game's properties
On the second topic, you could convert the N64 controllers input into a Xbox360 controller or something like that, there's probably a way to do that, here's a post on reddit
However, if you get them to work, it turns Brotato into a team-based idle autobattle game, and that sounds amazing!
On a completely sepperate note, how hard would it be to change the controls to use the numpad of two sepperate N64 controllers? Or even better, the joystick (though i think the game, being designed for computer, wont handle more than an 8-directional input. maybe look at how the controls for the mobile app might help? idk!)
