This mod enhances the "World" apsect of Rimworld, the player is given easier access to raiding and looting using mercenary warband, without sacrificing the lives of valuable colonists.

"Warband"
A group of mercenaries controlled by the player, can be used to raid sites or defend your colony. A recruiting window is added as a main tab, you can either recruit soldiers or design custom ones.
Looting
Mercenaries' inventories will be stored to their warbands after a map closes.
Leadership
You can assign a leader to one of your warband using a caravan that can approach warband site, and the capabilities of your warband is largely decided by "leadership attributes". With a leader installed in the warband, you will gain access to the "promotion-like" system in this mod, with each of upgrade having different capabilities.
World Events(1.5 only)
A skirmish system is included in the game, you can claim rewards by helping you ally in skirmish. For now, there are two types of skirmish: field battle and siege. Skirmish will occur around every 10 days.
League System
A league is designed to fund your warbands, recruit minor factions to your league by either interacting with destroyed settlements or completing quests. You can unlock policies by spending development points(obtained from league quests and skirmishes), these policies can either benefit your league or warbands.
Settings
Some warband upgrades require "policies" in league system, you can toggle these requirements on and off.

Q: How to close the map? Select all pawns, click on "Retreat" command button

Q: How many pawn kinds can I select? All vanilla and modded humanoid(includes HAR) combat pawn kinds.
Q: Can I send colonists of my own to warband? Yes, but only one.

精英战团升级政策已经点了,但是战团却没法升精英(钱是够的),只有哨站、炮兵、车队

they are baseliners with a bunch of random genes hmm

from my testing on 1.6 version random xenotypes seem to be spawned in with my warbands breaks my immersion a bit
