MHArk: Fatalis

Description
All properties and licensing belong to CAPCOM.
Flying movement animations were animated by myself.

Adds The Black Dragon Fatalis from the Monster Hunter series into your Ark world!

Due to Fatalis being scaled for the eventual full catalog release of MHArk, he will not spawn in an easily accessible area, as him having a spawn on all maps would likely result in zones being completely inaccessible. That said, he does have a natural spawn in the mines on Fjordur for the time being. If you encounter Fatalis, proceed at your own risk.

Fatalis can be tamed through the typical KO method at this time. It is recommended to use modded weaponry in order to knock him out. This will be changed in the future.

It depends, they usually only go for music, but can't be certain with Wilds stuff yet

Ya that's fair. Just from the videos you have on YT it looked like it could be close to being done lol. Wouldn't it be a Wildcard issue if it ends up gets taken down?

None so far, I'm intentionally not really trying to give one because there's still a lot of work I'm doing behind the scenes trying to get some new features set up and I want to be sure those are in the mod before I release it. Ex. I'm working on a new system for the taming, I'm being vague but I want to see if there's some additional features I can get set up with it that won't take me absurdly long to implement. There's also the question if I want to bring in some of the monsters from Wilds, I'm being very careful with that because I do not want to get this mod taken down. If anything, I would release them in a separate mod to see what Capcom's opinion on that would be.

I may nerf him when I get the rest of the roster out to scale it better, but he's functionally a "boss" who isn't really meant to be fought until after the Alpha King Titan if we're going off of scaling on Extinction. I tried to make him somewhat vanilla compatible by giving him the Fjordur spawn, but in the future most of the mod's progression will be internal so it'll be compatible on every map. Example of another game mod which has similar scaling to what I'm gonna be going for is Calamity Mod in Terraria, which is scaled to vanilla until Moonlord, and then scales higher than vanilla. Fatalis will be pretty much only be able to be fought at the end of that post vanilla progression. This mod also was more of a "test" than anything for certain features I was developing at the time, as well as to see how long it can stay up on the WS. The additional roster will be an update/overhaul of this mod as well when it's finished
