Green lenses for OICW

Description
By request, this changes the low-light scope on the OICW to have a retro-style green effect instead of cyan.

It works on these two mods:
Combine OICW for AR2
Combine OICW for SMG

You do NOT need both installed, but you do need at least one of them.
