Burden Isn't Effected by Worn Equipment

Description
Makes it so items that are equiped do not count towards your weight. (Except Bags and their child items)

I made a fix for it at https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=3384997886 and tweaked it a bit, hope that's ok @Kaska!

Indeed, I think it'd be better to only apply to gear and/or hotbar and not to other things like chests/pouches you can "equip".
Maybe use the IsEquipment and IsWeapon properties?

is there any way to be configurable to allow the 5 free slots near the equipment slots to be counted as the weight?
