NoEquipmentWeight

Description

Makes it so equipped items do not count towards your carried weight, excluding bags and containers.

Has a setting to ignore the weight of items in the hotbar.

Settings can be adjusted in the config file that appears on Elin\BepInEx\config after the first launch of the game with the mod enabled or by using https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=3379819704 (allows changing the settings without restarting the game).

This is a fix for and inspired by https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=3372202715, it's also a bit more performance friendly.

Would it be possible to add an option to also exclude the hotbar items from total weight as well?
