This vscript pretty much buffs common infected (and some specials)

Buffs:
+ Commons are much, MUCH more durable (headshots, backstabs and melee swings still kill them instantly)
+ Increased limit of infected, so they can easily swarm you
+ Incapped survivor receives much more damage from all sources, including Infected
+ Charger, Jockey and Spitter has increased health
+ Charger charges way faster
+ Hunter moves faster
+ Survivors slowed down even more after infected hit

Nerfs:
- Common infected and Chargers move slightly slower, so now you can outrun them.
