Description
Small Buff for soem mechs from VFEMechanoids

Changes:

Raider mechanoid:
- Move speed up to 3.9C/s
- Accuracy up to equivalant of pawn with level 5 shooting

Combat mechanoid
- Move speed up to 4.7C/s
- Accuracy up to equivalant of pawn with level 5 shooting

Riot mechanoid
- Move speed up to 4.7C/s

Auto-medic
- Move speed up to 4.7C/s

Pyro mechanoid
- Move speed up to 3C/s(changed in newest version)
- Accuracy up to equivalant of pawn with level 5 shooting

Mobile turret
- Accuracy up to equivalant of pawn with level 5 shooting

Autohauler
- Carry capacity upped to 150 so it has 75 after body size mulitplier
