I also included patches for the nutrition of the hemogen packs in that mod.
@ChroChro, I’m experiencing the same issue. I don’t use Medieval Overhaul, so my standard hemogen packs are set to 1.0 nutrition when using this mod, but the VRE-S packs are still at 0.1. To fix this, assuming you're using RimPy, right-click on the VRE-S mod, select "Open Folder," then navigate to 1.5 > Defs > ThingDefs_Items. Open the Items_Food.xml file and change the three hemopack entries from <Nutrition>0.1</Nutrition> to <Nutrition>1.0</Nutrition>.
For the base hemopack, follow the same path but start by right-clicking on the Biotech DLC. If changing Biotech’s hemopack nutrition doesn’t resolve the issue, another mod may be modifying hemopacks. Medieval Overhaul could be the culprit in your case, though I can’t verify since I don’t use it. In any case you’ll need to locate the mod modifying base hemopacks and adjust the nutrition value accordingly.
Great mod overall. Sanguophages feeding on blood for hemogen and nutrition should probably be a base game feature, but I digress.
